We invite you to meet with us or discuss over the phone (at no cost or obligation) for 1 hour to share your business concept and goals, insights on your competition and brand vision/style. You may have a clear idea for your brand identity or need help clarifying this. We can help you find a style that will suit your brand and or budget.
During the consultation with us, we can select the projects that are critical to the launch of your brand, such as logo design followed by stationery which includes your brand identity. Timelines can also be set at this point taking multiple factors into consideration, such as efficiency but also quality.
We will email you an electronic contract that requires your confirmation signature (this can be done digitally), along with a formal quote for the work. 50% of the total fee is required before work starts, and an invoice for the initial fee will be sent via email. Once this is paid then work can commence.
The design brief set in stages one and two now takes place. Initial designs are created and sent to the client for feedback and amends until final solution is realised. This involves finalising an option or making revisions until exactly the right direction is reached. The aim is to create a visual identity that works for the respective business, and is future proof so there’s always flexibility here rather than the need for an immediate “yes” or “no.” Once the client is satisfied with the result, printed design work can be proof read by the client and sent to print, alternatively, files can be supplied in suitable formats for the client to source their own printers.
With the design brief completed, artwork is supplied via email and/or made available for download. Specific file requests can be catered for, the visual systems created are used for a variety of purposes. We’ll make sure you have all you need, or that you’ve been trained on your website/social media.
Next, the remaining 50% fee is invoiced and this effectively signs off the design brief. However, should any future design-related questions arise, we are available to provide an answer, or to offer assistance with any design application.
